Running Springs

90 Points “Clear. Subtle aromas of shittake, melon skin, white nut, and yeasty rice dough with a soft, silky dryish light-to-medium body and peppered poached pear, anise, sweet cream and dusty rice flour accented finish. Nice complexity and food affinity; will be great with tempura.” Beverage Testing Institute November 2010
