Vineyard & Winemaking Notes

The grapes are late-harvested and hand selected from low-yielding vineyards from the high elevation region of Cafayate. The vines are planted in sand and clay soil with rounded stones from alluvial deposit. The wine is refined by cold settling and then is racked and left to settle naturally.
