Vineyard & Winemaking Notes

The grapes are sourced from the Alsace region in the northeastern France. Hand harvested and soft pressing of the whole grape for a softer and cleaner mouth-feel. The wine was allowed to ferment for 7 days at a controlled cool temperature. It is then racked, filtered and bottled. The soils are a mosaic of types mostly consisting of limestone and clay.
