This powerfully perfumed Gewurztraminer has floral and spicy aromas with lychee fruit flavors that are round and graceful on the long finish.
Pairs well with fish, chicken, spicy dishes, seafood, salad or sushi.
100% Gewurztraminer
The grapes are sourced from the Alsace region in the northeastern France. Hand harvested and soft pressing of the whole grape for a softer and cleaner mouth-feel. The wine was allowed to ferment for 10 days at a controlled cool temperature. It is then racked, filtered and bottled. The soils are a mosaic of types mostly consisting of limestone and clay.
