Vineyard & Winemaking Notes

Conquista Reserve was inspired by a passion and love for Argentina, and a result of visiting more than 100 vineyards throughout this prestigious, beautiful land. The final selection was sourced from some of the oldest vineyards, providing small berries from low yielding vines situated amongst the best terroir. After a diligent harvest, grapes are gently pressed and cool macerated in order to retain the fruit characters and colors. They are then fermented for two weeks. The wine is then left on skins for another two weeks. The individual lots are then barrel aged for 12 months before achieving the final blend.
