Chateau La Salle Blanc is light yellow in color, offering fresh peach, honeysuckle and apricot aromas that lead to a sweet, fruity, well-balanced finish. Serve chilled.

The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks cooled to 53°F – 58°F. Additional cellaring in temperature controlled stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit until bottling.
