Versasi
Offered in both sweet and dry styles, Versasi wines meet the variety of cuisine creations of any restaurant or in-home chef’s cucina.

Marsala
First developed to compete with the Ports of England and the Madeiras and Sherries of Spain, Italian Marsala wines use Grillo and Catarratto Bianco grapes grown on the Mediterranean island of Sicily.

Like Ports and Madeiras, Marsala is a fortified, high alcohol (17%) red wine and Versasi Marsalas are typical of the region with a Denominazione Origine Controllata (DOC) rating.

Versasi Marsalas are aged one year in oak and today are used most often as cooking wines in scrumptious, rich Italian sauces and dishes including the dish it made famous, pollo Marsala.

Vermouth
Versasi takes white wine and distills it with aromatics for fine quality vermouth for cooking or bartending.

In both sweet and dry styles, Versasi Vermouths are nimble enough to fit the varying demands of new recipes, and strive to support the values Italians cherish most: innovation and creativity in their eating and drinking.

And with the martini cocktail trend here to stay, there is always room for Versasi on the bar.
