Starling Castle was inspired by the flocks of starling birds that hover around the vines of this grand wine vineyards hoping to catch some of the golden, sweet Riesling and Gewurztraminer grapes during autumn harvest.

Gewurztraminer: With a soft, golden hue, the nose is fresh with a touch of rose petals and apricots. It is semi-sweet with a hint of spice and mild acidity.
