Risata is slightly sweet, slightly fresh, and simply delicious!   Food Pairings Enjoy this wine as an aperitif, with desserts or simply on its own.   Harvest and Wine Making Notes The Moscato grapes are hand picked. The grapes are then gently pressed, filtered, stored, and chilled to near freezing to prevent immediate fermentation.
