A rich palate of red fruit flavors, undertones of smoky tobacco with a finish of light oak and silky tannins. Tempranillo: Bright red, easy drinking, fruit driven wine with herbal aromas and flavors bursting with ripe strawberries and plums.  Crianza: The aged Crianza offers hints of vanilla spice and tobacco from 6 months of oak aging, while "young" regular Manyana exudes youthful vibrance. Food Pairings Shiraz: Ideal with barbecued meats, pasta dishes, cheeses. Tempranillo: Offering ripe tannins combined with an acidity to go with spicy paella, meats, antipasto platters, tomato dishes, and savory tapas. Wine Growing Conditions Vineyard Notes: Located vineyards with low yields producing ripe and concentrated fruit are harvested at full ripeness to ensure softness. Winemaking Notes: Parcels are fermented using a variety of techniques to produce complexity and ‘New World’ style wines bursting with fresh fruit.
