Characteristics
Aromas of Boysenberry, plum, and toasted oak are accented by Black pepper spice and subtle earth tones; which lead into fresh cherry flavors layered with licorice and cocoa. This firmly textured wine has wonderful balance and a lingering finish.
Food Pairings Excellent when paired with peppercorn steak or grilled lamb chops.
Wine Growing Conditions

- Chateau Gennequin: Located in the village of Moulon in the Northern Entre Deux Mers
- Chateau Fillion: Located in the village of Gauriaguet in the heart of the Entre Deux Mers
