Cabeca de Toiro
Cabeça de Toiro comes from the “Tejo” region from the single estate, “Quinta S. Joao Batista,” S. João Batista Estate, of the Enoport Group in this area. S. João Batista Estate is certified for the production of wines with the Tejo D.O.C. Appellation and Ribatejano Regional Wine. It has a total area of 115 hectares, of which 85 hectares are planted with vineyards. The majority of varietals planted in this area are for red wines. The vines grow in an integrated production system.
